8. Important Information:

   • Sealed surfaces require a minimum of 4 hours to dry before being walked on.
   • Avoid wetting sealed surfaces for 24 hours after sealing, especially for outdoor areas.
   • Our cleaning process may not restore heavily damaged, aged, or heavily stained tiles to their original condition. Additional services may be required to address such issues.
   • Allow the sealer to fully cure before testing or cleaning.
   • Solvent stripping can cause damage to adjacent paint and finishes, requiring subsequent repairs. Expect the property to be vacant for a couple of days due to the time required for the process and the presence of toxic odors. Solvent stripping is only recommended when absolutely necessary.

Health and Safety Precautions: When stripping solvent sealers, proper ventilation is crucial, and it is advisable to vacate the property for a couple of days due to the toxic odors produced during the process.
